I have two rooms for rent: one for $375 and the other $350 + (electricity and internet connection), in a newer 1345 sq. ft. townhouse located in Coquina Key (an isle near downtown St. Petersburg) just 3 miles to USF, 6.76 miles to Stetson University and 4.5 miles to Eckerd College.
It’s nice gated community built in 2005; 3 bedrooms / 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, living/dining room & laundry room. It has all the appliances: refrigerator, range and microwave and garbage disposer. The kitchen has wood cabinetry and black granite countertop. Both baths have tub. It has alarm system and central heat/AC. Carpet and ceramic flooring; community pool and spa; assigned parking space.
